ISSP2015: Guide for Authors

Note that the submission of on-site proceeding manuscript is mandatory. Without this, post-symposium manuscript will not be accepted.

Contribution to post-symposium special issue of J. Vac. Sci. Technol. A

Papers presented at ISSP2015 can be submitted to J. Vac. Sci. Technol. A (JVSTA), so far as the authors submitted a paper to the on-site proceedings. The accepted papers will appear on the Issue Mar/Apr, 2016. If the review process is not completed by the limit of the above issue, the paper will appear on the later issue after acceptance. Please note that the page charges will be waived as AVS membership will be given to the first and corresponding author on accepted papers.

It should be also noted that the attendee who has not been a member of AVS, will be registered as a member of AVS with free of charge in the year 2016.
